It’s About Time…

This is our collective opportunity to be the change. Violence ravishes our streets. We, as people of faith, believe in the Almighty and in the power of prayer and the simple command to Love Thy Neighbor. As churches rally together in response to our beloved neighborhood we accept our responsibility to be NeighbOURs … together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our Angel Investment Model offers an R.O.I.I. for us to literally invest our profits into our employees and 2-mile radius neighbOURhood. We live and dwell here. This is us. Together everything becomes possible!

What is an R.O.I.I.?

Return on IMMEDIATE Investment.

A single donation in one calendar year yields significant tax incentives to a donor. Money works to the advantage of multiplication, not subtraction.

The National Christian Foundation is available to assist with charitable strategies and creative solutions related to gifts of appreciated assets such as real estate, business interest, or stocks. The “cost” of charitable gift may be significantly reduced because generosity is profitable.

What is this Alliance Fund?

It’s a “Movement Funding Machine” that connects solution minded donors and movement minded nonprofits to collaboratively solve problems and impact their neighbOURhood together. Employing a model like this allows us to get closer to our dreams of eradicating racial disparities (educational attainment, employment, incarceration, violence) within our communities. It is a Fund with The National Christian Foundation that recives tax-deductible donations and invests those funds in qualified, vetted organization who will make a measurable impact towards the stated objective.

Who is CommunityIMPACT?

CommunityIMPACT, Inc. is a 501.c.3 non-profit organization incorporated in Wisconsin and in good standing with the IRS. We have a long-standing relationship with The National Christian Foundation as our Mission is “to be a catalyst for creatively unleashing abundant resources so as to offer communities authentic CommUNITY.”

Why Christian Pastors as Store Managers?

They are ideal candidates to be relational ushers for our Guests and staff. CommunityIMPACT, Inc. manages the ongoing operations to ensure pastors can remain energized and focsed to be in relationship and connect neighbOURs with pre-existing community resources and programs.

Pastors know and value a simple truth – every Guest has sacred value with dignity worthy of attentive care and compassion. We need to be vigilent against injustices and respond with love as we have been Loved.

What is Equitable Economics?

Charity handouts de-incentivize responsibility, creativity, productivity, and is contrary to the dignity inherent within each person. All people want freedom to pursue God-given dreams and maximize potential.

This model is an example of faith, works, & economics united in the awakening an entrepreneurial spirit – affirming human dignity and offering “R.O.I.I.” opportunity for generational wealth creation.

Government has a small role to support this type of model but Church and Business take the lead as Church and Business represent the greatest moral good in society. But, most of the churches located in impoverished neighborhoods lack capacity to launch this fiscally sustainable strategy. This is therefore an economic call for compassionate action & charitable investment.

What is a ProfitABLE NeighbOURhood?

Just about every denomination deploys an economic scarcity model which inspires a pastor with a fancy title but fails to offer legitimate compensation. It’s dangerously close to spiritual negligence as it pits faith against finances. The Lord’s provision is more than a prayer. We believe we have an economic strategy to ensure pastoral families enjoy quality benefits with baseline compensation. Furthermore we are investing 100% of our monthly profits into this 2-mile radius neighborhood. When ANGEL DONORS make a significant one-time donation fixed costs are eliminated empowering each store to generously invest hyper-locally – neighbor to NeighbOUR.

Are you exploring locations beyond Fondy/Sherman?

While we engage Angel Donors to eliminate our debt (equipment lease + construction costs) to unleash store’s profitability for localized re-investment, we are opening new markets beyond Milwaukee.

Our strategic focus remain neighbOURhoods currently under-serviced and under-resourced. We are exploring additional locations based upon our network of under-funded church planters in Milwaukee, Racine, Green Bay, Chippewa Falls, Omaha, Houston, & Minneapolis.

Investment Assurances Accountability:

As an employee-owned venture, 25% of annual profits are creatively invested in our expansive staff (store manager, attendants, & delivery) who live and dwell in this neighbOURhood. 10% is retained by CommunityIMPACT to support the asset-based community development neighboring initiatives which extend our influence beyond a laundromat. And 65% of all profits are creatively re-invested within the 2-mile radius neighbOURhood.

All appropriations authorized by a Board of Directors and an Impact Fund Advisory Board. Angel Donors receive frequent communication for how lives and neighbOURhood is being transformed through their initial generosity that will endure generationally.

Translation Services

Our equipment is more expensive than common options but we do this so our machines and mobile app can communicate in English, Espanol, & French.
